Cooperation with the market leader for property marketing
Solve.IT is the market leader in Germany for the support of employees of the property industry in marketing and sales, with their ImmoSolve product. The application is geared specifically to the processing of prospective tenant inquiries. Almost 4000 employees in German property companies currently use this ERP independent CRM solution in their daily work and thus manage over one million housing units.
In marketing Solve.IT takes on the synchronisation of objects with common internet portals, supports the selection of appropriate target groups and the creation of descriptions [Exposé] and form letters. In the area of distribution the entire process - from the registered interest of a potential customer to contract – is fully automated.
The solution system, designed by Datatrain together with Solve.IT, provides the connection between the non-SAP products and SAP-based ERP systems for the housing industry.
Active interface systems to your SAP system
A connection from the non-SAP based product ImmoSolve to housing industry SAP-based ERP systems aims to provide smoothly integrated presentations of business processes beyond corporate or IT system limits. Datatrain provides the delivery and implementation or adaptation of web services.
These provide event-driven, automated data exchange between ImmoSolve and the SAP system of the client: Via web services data or status information is always exchanged when it is required by the functionalities defined in the project in the target system. Key Status information, such as the rentability of a rented property, are therefore updated in parallel in both systems.
Datatrain consulting services
Our consulting services include in advance the preparation, implementation, follow-up and documentation of project meetings (workshops) with the person in charge from the appropriate customer’s department for the introduction and operation of prospect customer management. The result is the provision of summary documentation of this work and analysis process in the form of an IT specialist design. The subsequent implementation according to this schedule shall be carried out by Datatrain by means of delivery and adaptation of Datatrain Web Services and SAP Customizing services.
Further integration
Also, due to the superiority of a combined platform, different IT systems are uniformly manageable: In cooperation with Solve.IT, Datatrain has developed a solution for the central acceptance of calls from tenants and prospective tenants based on its "Customer centre" CRM module.
The SAP-based customer centre forms the core of Datatrain’s comprehensive CRM solution system and is used to capture, record and process all data in the central ERP system, resulting from the telephone or personal receipt of tenant concerns (see separate description).
The superior combined platform offers a common user interface for the receipt of tenant concerns or prospective inquiries: Depending on whether a tenant or prospective tenant reports the issue, there is then a procedural jump to the SAP-based ERP system or non SAP-based ImmoSolve distribution system. The special structure of this solution is recommended as a web application to integrate external service providers without connection to the internal ERP system, especially for call centres.
