Datatrain’s Tenant Services Online successfully used in GESOBAU AG

GESOBAU is the first housing company to offer your customers a special app for iPhone and iPad.
Excerpt from the GESOBAU AG press release: "... Back in April the damage report service went online as a web application. Now there is an application for iPhone and iPad: Following the successful launch of the online service, with which customers can report necessary repairs in the apartment or the house via the internet, GESOBAU has now also established an app for users of Apple devices. With the app, the customer can now get to the online service even faster: Free download from the iTunes Store, and with the touch of your finger you are immediately on the login page of the new service. If you want to participate in the online service - whether as a web application or as an Apple app – you just need to provide your email address once to GESOBAU before your first use the service...."
The app is based on the Datatrain Tenant Services Online system- the tenant portal for structured collection and processing of tenant concerns.
