Here, Datatrain Managing Director Jörn Beckmann jumps in. Jointly with, first, Enetronx Cloud Metering executive André Seidel and then Nicholas Neerpasch, executive of Doozer Real Estate Systems, he introduces promising new partner projects based on the advantages of the cloud.
Enetronx reads gas and electricity meters in real time, automatically transferring the consumption data to customer ERP systems via Datatrain interfaces. The data is available in detail at any time, making an annual meter-reading unnecessary. This allows the convenient generation of heating bills, monitoring of energy costs, and, importantly, identification of defects in meters and conduits.
Doozer is the state-of-the-art application for modernization processes. Its SAP connection is handled via Datatrain-developed interfaces that integrate the application into the steps of the tenant change processes – and, specifically, the mobile inspection and turnover of rental properties. The shared customers receive added value, which in the near future will be expanded into other areas as well.
As an SAP Silver Partner, Datatrain already offers its own most important solutions on the Cloud Platform. Customers making on-premise use of one of the cockpits can change to the cloud within just a few months if necessary, as Datatrain Managing Director Mark Finley explains. As a matter of principle, the freedom from an in-company technical infrastructure allows great savings. Customers who purchase the apps, including hosting, through Datatrain benefit from a transparent licensing model on the basis of graduated resource packages.
